We had such a great experience working with Kim when we purchased our home a few years ago, she was the first person we called when we went to sell and purchase our next home. She is open and honest while she walks you through the process and works with you to make sure everything stays on track. We had called Kim about refinancing and recasting options previously, and she was very helpful.

Frank Myers loan officer specialist was amazing and patient with me. He knows what is needed and he was on it on day one. Expedited my loan process headache free. He got my certificate of eligibility from Department of Veterans for me and ordered VA appraisal and explained everything to me and kept following up with me to inform me the process. I would definitely recommend him and his team yo anyone i know that is looking to buy a house and a loan.

Suzanne made the process incredibly easy, especially for a first-time buyer who is also self-employed. We also had a short time to close (24 days) and made it with a day to spare. Communication with my original lender, TVA, was frustratingly impossible, but Suzanna was easy to get a hold of when I had questions.
