Recently sold a home, purchased some property and purchased this home. This last purchase using Mary and mortgage investors group was the best ever had. Kept us updated through the entire process. Could not recommend high enough

Originated a mortgage with KA and have refinanced twice since then due to major home value appreciation and plummeting interest rates. She's fast, smart, and not trying to sell you anything that doesn't work for you. My husband and I would never think of working with another mortgage broker. Since we first bought our home in 2014, we've reduced our interest rate by 2 points and the term of the loan by 10 years, saving over $100K *and* being able to take out about $60K. Darren was great. He was introduced to us via a mutual friend who was refinancing their mortgage through Darren already. My wife and I had already tried refinancing earlier in the year through a different lender and had a subpar experience. Luckily for us, that fell through and what we thought was a great interest rate then, Darren was able to come under that by anther 1/2 point.
