Terre was amazing! We were worried because we had a bad experience with a different mortgage broker but Terre exceeded our expectations and made the process so easy. My wife and I started the house buying process right before COVID hit. We started 2020 without even have a thought about buying a house, but the Lord has mysterious ways. Initially, we were referred to a mortgage company in TX and received our preapproval through them. By April, our contractor started on our house. David Brown was referred to my by my friend and realtor. He was always swift to respond to my calls or emails. He handled my pre-approval and loan process very professionally. Loan did not close on time but that was due to an issue with the sellers not probating a will correctly.
