Even with the large numbers of refinance during this time. Ann Bell would always answer her phone/text/email and respond to questions that I had! She explained the process , any issues that could cause delays and made things simple!

Lisa and her team made the whole home-buying process easy and took a lot of the anxiety out of it! As a first time home buyer, Lisa did such a great job of walking me through the whole process and patiently answering all of my questions. I knew that whenever I talked to Lisa or anyone else in her office, I was going to get a joyful and uplifting attitude and that meant the world in the midst of the craziness that is the home buying process.
