Molly was truly amazing! She walked through everything with us and explained every detail. She never hesitated to call us and explain what was going on. If there was any kind of change or adjustment, Molly would call us to go over everything. The smallest details Molly made sure she we were taken care of above anything else. After working with another lender for over 1 yr in order to get ready to purchase our new home only to have her dump us after we had made on offer- Donna came in a saved the day!!! She took a very stressful situation and made it perfect!!! I could never thank Donna and her wonderful staff enough!! They kept us up to date with exactly what was going on with our loan! Donna was excellent!!!!! Due to an issue with a prior person working on our loan they dropped the ball. Donna picked it up and ran with it!!! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and actually caring. Which is unusual in these days and times.
