Just did a second refinance with Todd and just like the 1st time, I could not be more pleased with the experience. Originally I worked with local banks on both refinancing projects, and basically wasted my time with poor service and communication. Once I made contacted with Todd the process could not have been smoother. MIG is a true mortgage service, not a bank and I highly recommend.

Extremely pleasant experience. Tyler went out of his way to make me comfortable and help me get my mortgage. He made it so much easier than I expected. We had to deal with a very difficult seller and Tyler was always professional and handled everything well.

Tyler helped me with refinancing of a second property that I own. We completed the process quickly and efficiently despite some unanticipated issues with my credit score, that Tyler helped resolve. I dropped my interest rate and got cash out to repay for some major renovations on the property. I highly recommend Tyler.

We contacted MGI because we had heard ads on Sports Talk Radio and seen ads. I wanted mortgage options, and I did not feel like my bank would be helpful based on past experience. She kept me informed every step, was so responsive and helpful. We were selling our house, buying a new house and closing both the same day. I was so worried for issues, but everything went so smoothly.
