It was so easy to get the pre approval. All I did was call and within 5 minutes I had my pre approval. The loan process was quick, easy, and painless. I was told what documents to send over and they took care of everything. Anytime I had to sign something my representative Logan would send me an email explaining what the paperwork was and why it was needed.

I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone who is in the market to re-finance their home. We are in a small group who I hear folks continue to sing her praises. Mary and Madison helped me refinance my house and the results were awesome. I was able to drop my PMI and save over $200 per month! They were very helpful and answered every question I had quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home loan or is refinancing.
