Lea made the entire process easy as possible for us... (first time home buyers) He spelled out as simple as possible everything we needed to do, and answered all the questions i had quickly. The most important part to me was i TRUST him. Thats nearly impossible to find, but Lea was the guy. You can tell he's extremely experienced and knows what hes talking about. Lea is the best. He was very honest about about buying abilities, he asked critical questions, and answered all of my questions- even the less important ones just for my knowledge! He was very responsive for any concerns, and kept us in the know about all updates as they occurred. I had no worries about any part of the process. Lea’s estimates for things were also pretty spot on so I didn’t feel like we were getting misinformation at all. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Lea is an amazing lender to work with! He made something that could have been really hard, very easy. COVID-19 really threw a wrench in our home buying process (it is a new construction) but Lea was there every step of the way, answering questions in a timely manner. One of us is self-employed/own a business and were told that this would make getting a loan very difficult, however, Lea made is very easy. We cannot recommend Lea enough as a lender.
