It was so easy to get the pre approval. All I did was call and within 5 minutes I had my pre approval. The loan process was quick, easy, and painless. I was told what documents to send over and they took care of everything. Anytime I had to sign something my representative Logan would send me an email explaining what the paperwork was and why it was needed.
