Darren was great. He was introduced to us via a mutual friend who was refinancing their mortgage through Darren already. My wife and I had already tried refinancing earlier in the year through a different lender and had a subpar experience. The process from start to finish was very easy, and informative. Terre was amazing! We were worried because we had a bad experience with a different mortgage broker but Terre exceeded our expectations and made the process so easy. She was on top of every detail from beginning to end. I would highly recommend her. We are now in our forever home and are so appreciative of Terre for making it happen!!!

My wife and I started the house buying process right before COVID hit. We started 2020 without even have a thought about buying a house, but the Lord has mysterious ways. Initially, we were referred to a mortgage company in TX and received our preapproval through them. By April, our contractor started on our house. The company in TX emailed us at midnight and told us we no longer had the credit score to qualify for the loan because of COVID restrictions. I met Brenda in her role as a loan officer for a buyer I represented. Frankly, I’ve never before encountered the level of problem-solving skills, persistence, and communication that I saw from Brenda during this case. David Brown was referred to my by my friend and realtor. He was always swift to respond to my calls or emails. He handled my pre-approval and loan process very professionally. Loan did not close on time but that was due to an issue with the sellers not probating a will correctly.
