I just closed on my second time using Lisa and MIG. The 2 experiences were 3 years apart, she always answered my emails promptly in the years in between and when I was ready to refinance she kept me up to date on rate changes until I was ready to pull the trigger. Great job.

Our overall experience was outstanding! Henry and the other staff at MIG were able to answer all questions and concerns quickly and professionally. MIG was able to provide a much lower interest rate than we were expecting and helped us strategically purchase our new home while setting up to sale our previous home. This crew really has their game down. They make it simple, easy and efficient. Not easily done with Fannie Mae, they just make it look that way. Excellent service, stellar advise (helped us time locking a fantastic rate) and a lovely office downtown. If you need a mortgage this is the place to go.

Autumn, where do you start with her! She is just the best that there is. Very professional, very prompt with letting you know everything that you will need to make the process as sooth as possible, willing to go out of her way to help, and will always get you the answers that you need. I couldn't recommend Becky Price enough as a loan officer. As a first time home buyer, she was a guiding light during the sometimes uncertain process of buying a house. Becky gave me clear information and was always ready to respond whenever I had questions. Not only was she informative, she made the process easy, and I always felt reassured that she would keep me informed and would stay on top of everything. I came to Kim in July to get preapproved for a second home loan here in Morristown. I had been working on my credit but when I sat down with Kim there was a ways to go. Lindsey did a great job walking us through the entire refinance process. The rate we got was lower than I was quoted online by other services. She was detailed and provided clear expectations of both me as the client and her as the professional. I would highly recommend Lindsey!
