Kristin and her team are everything you want in a group when you are looking for a mortgage - professional, knowledgeable, timely. While I hadn't secured a mortgage in over 20 years, I found the process she used better organized, better communicated and in the end, the outcome was EXACTLY what I hoped for. I don't have space to brag on all the details but the high level of service she provided started with the qualification letter and continued all the way to the closing. No hiccups, no oops, no surprises!

My husband Chad Bloch and I just bought a home (closed the end of September 2019) and worked with Michael Pahlow Hodges, Jr. at Mortgage Investors Group. We cannot recommend Michael enough! Mano did not just provide us with the best rate we could find the first time (no back and forth negotiating and we shopped some other brokers), he provided us with incredible service and communications. If I called late at night, Mano was there to answer my questions. Best and easiest Mortgage I have ever been through. Thank you Mano and Team!

Mano recently served as our lender on a home purchase in Arlington Tn. His expertise was outstanding. Virtually every document could be done with an e sign program, making the entire process prior to closing to be accomplished on my phone or laptop. My next loan will go to Mano and his team at MIG.
