You need a lender who is experienced and knows all of the available options in order to get the financial solution that best fits your needs for what is most likely the largest purchase of your life. Sonya is so knowledgeable when it comes to property financing and she does whatever it takes to find her clients the best option and pricing and all in a timely fashion.

Sonya, handled our financing almost seamlessly. She was always in touch and kept us up to date every step of the process. After completing our mortgage, I emailed Sonya months later with questions about our HOA and other seemingly bothersome questions but she was able to steer us in the right direction and got us connected with people we needed to reach. Mandy is an excellent loan provider. Her communication was amazing from the beginning. To start off, she initially got in contact with me immediately after leaving a message, despite the fact I called on her day off. As a first time homebuyer she was exceptional at responding to my barrage of questions and did not to hesistate to respond even after hours. I have worked with a few mortgage lenders over the years. Finally, I have learned you get the best rates, best service, and fastest close by working with a local broker. Sonya is the person I have used the past couple of times whether it's a purchase or a refi. A lot of national brokers don't know the market as well especially when it comes to little pockets of homes. It's not uncommon for them to send in an appraiser from out of town!! What an awesome team! Attentive, thorough, helpful, informative, friendly, efficient........far beyond the expectations of a cynic such as I. Terre untangled a mess with the V.A. before we even 'signed on' with MIG and carried us through, step by step even though most of it had to be done from 860 miles away. I was referred to him by our real estate agent and it was the best recommendation I have ever had! When I met Greg I was shopping around to make sure my family was getting the best help possible. I didn't have an appointment with Greg but was out shopping for loans that day, so I popped into his office. I didn't have an appointment but that didn't matter.
