JT and Andrea were exceptional throughout the process of refinancing our mortgage. We were notified of every step and updated of all progress via email, and we closed even earlier than anticipated. This makes several times that we have worked with Andrea and JT, and every time the process has been so simple. We would never think of using anyone else for our mortgage needs. JT and Andrea were both so helpful and quick to respond. Everything went smoothly and working in the mortgage business myself I can say that even I didn’t expect things to move so quickly and smoothly.
