We had our last house financed through a lender that turned out to be less than dependable. We opted to not go with them for our current home. We decided to work with Daren Poppen, and are thankful that we did. He did what he said that he would do. we got the rate that he said we would get, and he walked us through every step of the process. I would highly recommend Daren and Mortgage Investors' Group to anyone wishing to purchase a home.

Daren Poppen was our loan officer on two occasions. He was excellent in his knowledge of handling both of our loans. Daren is a gentleman, very polite, very patient with all our questions, and detailed with his answers. Daren responded in a timely manner with both texts and phone calls which we also appreciated. We would highly recommend Daren to others seeking a home purchase or mortgage refinance.

We have used Fred now 4 times for personal situations and referred at least 5 people (family and non family) to him for mortgage needs. If you want to have your personal needs handled with little complication Fred is the person you need to use to make your loan seamless.

My loan was by no means "slam dunk" material. An ever changing situation from my end never seemed to be a problem for this power duo. They we're understanding, thorough, and quick. We were cleared to close in almost half the estimated 30 days (which I thought was quick). I never once felt uncomfortable or uninformed. This was the second home that I have financed and I now know what a good Loan Officer is really like. If you are looking for a mortgage in Knoxville or surrounding areas, stop looking. Just call Lorie and Tina.

Buying a home is as stressful as it gets, but Lindsey made the finance portion of process absolutely painless. She was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the whole thing. There were no surprises when it came to closing and all of her numbers were 100% accurate. Never have I had such an easy purchasing experience -- I HIGHLY recommend her and will absolutely consider using her again in the future if I need to finance again.

My fiance and I just closed on our first house which was because on Shannon a pain free, easy process. Shannon answered all my emails right away and always kept me in the loop while she took care of everything. Thank you so much Shannon for all the help my fiance and I couldn't be happier.
