I had the pleasure of choosing MIG for my new mortgage in Middle TN. I worked with Pete Zaft and his team. I recommend them 100%. Pete was able to get me a great mortgage rate, and he and his team were responsive to all my questions and concerns, answered all my emails in a timely manner, and were easy to work with. We closed on time and the whole process was easy and stress-free. I definitely give them five stars!!!
A tremendous "thanks" to Dale for helping us through the mortgage process. Dale is extremely thorough, leading us step by step through the preapproval process and the eventual closing on our home. The time from signing our contract to closing was only 20 days! Most importantly, he was extremely available, with an almost immediate response every time. He has a great, POSITIVE personality. We would highly recommend Dale to anyone!
Gary was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful and always there to answer any questions. I would recommend him to anyone and when we look to get into another home in the future he will be who we go to!
