I was dreading the thought of financing our new home after hearing " horror stories" from friends. Lisa Wiles put those fears to rest the moment we met. It was like going through the process with your best friend leading the way. Although we encountered a couple of glitches along the way, the process went so smoothly we were sad when we realized we finished. You wont find a more helpful, and extremely knowledgeable lender than Shannon Ochiltree at Mortgage Investors in Oak Ridge. Our family looked for 2 months to find a home, and she quickly ran numbers on every house we were interested in. Any question we had, she answered right away. When it came time to buy and we needed to close sooner than normal, she pulled it off so smoothly! I could go on and on, we were so happy working with her and the entire team at MIG!
