Lea is who you want to work with. My husband and I have worked with Lea on many houses that we have bought. He has yet to fail our expectations of him. We recently bought a house that needed to close in 3 weeks, which was last minute. Lea delivered on getting us to close in that time frame. I wouldn't want to use any one else...and neither will you!
Shannon and her staff were awesome and constantly kept in touch with all aspects of what was going on and what was needed to advance to next step in process. Even assisted in trying to find home owners insurance
Robert and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We were relocating and in a serious time crunch. The pre-qualification step was a snap, so when the time came to “do it for real” MIG was ready. We needed to close on our new home in 14 days. Autumn handled our VA Mortgage when buying our home this year, she was very knowledgeable on the VA requirements and process. She made everything a smooth and simple process. Most of our paperwork was even handled on our smart phones! She is tech-savvy and uses this to make life easier.
Due to student loan debt, my husband and I thought we'd never own a house. Someone put me in contact with Autumn and not only did she assure me that our dream was possible, but she also bent over backwards researching the best mortgage for us. You can tell she has a heart for her clients' best interests and was very honest with helping us navigate the pros and cons of each type of loan.
