We originally started with her mother in law but she transferred our loan to Shea when we were in process of buying a house. They did return phone calls and emails quickly. I don't feel like things like Escrow or closing costs were explained to us at all. We didn't know what we were doing and often I felt dumb or unknowledgeable. It was very stressful getting everything done on time for the loan to process. We are thankful we have our home but definitely don't want to go through this process again.

Pete and his team were very efficient and reliable in getting my loan approved, giving advice on how to get the best rate and what all of my options were. As a business owner my availability for questions and phone calls is limited and they were available whenever I called or emailed and very responsive.

I would highly recommend working with Mortgage Investors Group. They were the preferred lender from our real estate agent, and we can definitely see why! Pete and his team made the lending process a breeze from start to finish. They were very flexible with our schedules, even meeting with us on a Saturday morning to go over numbers once we had made an offer on a home. I really enhoyed working with Dale. He was always available and very knowledgeable about the process. Any worries I had, he would solve them. I highly recommend him!

Working in the music industry provided a number of challenges (variable hourly pay, multiple employers, etc.) Rob did a great job finding and executing solutions to every obstacle we faced. We were able to close on time and Rob was very informative and communicative throughout the entire loan process. Very thankful we had Rob on our team.
