Kim helped my wife and I on our first home buying experience. I'm the type that does a lot of research on my own, and when comparing available mortgage types, I ended up with a ton of questions. Even through my barrage of emails, Kim was extremely patient and very resourceful. She made the process fairly easy for us.
When we first started our loan to buy our 1st home Kim made the process so easy. There where several items that needed to be addressed and her communication and knowledge of the loan process made it effortless. Talking to other people we know that purchased homes we where expecting a long painful process with a lot of speed bumps.
