Pete and Loren made the process as straightforward as possible. We've used them twice now for real estate financing and each time they had everything completed well before closing time. My wife and I can't recommend them highly enough. I spoke to three banks before talking with Pete the first time we used their services. The second time I made one call, and within the same day Pete emailed me a loan offer. The terms of that offer were the same at the closing. Do yourself a favor, make one call to Pete.

I have used Terre for personal and business loans the past few years through a referral with my realtor. Absolutely the best in town. Has gotten me approved for multiple investment loans for my business when no one else could. Works tirelessly day and night. Responds very quickly to emails and phone calls. Would recommend to anyone. Her office team is also excellent. They were in constant contact with me and I was never left out wondering the status.
He was always available, whether it was a call to his cell phone or an email. I have already done two loans with him and will do more! I initially started using him because I am buying cheap investment properties and no one else would do loans under $50,000. If that is what you are looking for, he can help you for sure! BUT regardless, when I have higher end properties, I will still come to him. I highly recommend Dale, you will not be disappointed.
