Lisa was great throughout the entire process. I was an out of town investor with limited knowledge of the area and she was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was making informed decisions. In addition, she was extremely responsive which allowed for a very smooth process.
I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me with my mortgage. She made the process seem so easy for me. If I ever had a question, which I rarely did, because she explained everything so well, Lisa would have an answer back to me in no time at all. I would highly recommend Lisa to anybody looking for a professional, knowledgeable, friendly loan officer.
