Always available, answered all my questions even on a weekend! Her entire staff made the experience flawless even when we hit some bumps in the road. Highly recommend dealing with someone local who you can see face to face. Very pleased with the interest rate we were able to obtain.

I came to meet Joe through a suggestion from my realtor and was thrilled with the entire process from beginning to end. As someone who is self-employed, I have become accustomed over the years with having to provide my right arm and first born child as proof for any lending process regardless of the level of income I am actually earning with my business. Working with Joe was a headache free experience. The previous few times that I have used a lender, there was always something that would pop-up that the lender would conveniently forget about. This wasn't the case this time, and if I need another lender in the future i will be using Joe.

Joe was great kept us informed through everything. We had few houses fall through due to inspection and each time we found a house he had our numbers ready and rates locked and found cheapest possible way. There was some confusion at end because of land issues but they worked hard to resolve in very timely fashion
