We had such a great experience with Kim. We were first time home buyers and I don't think that we could've gotten a home loan with anybody else, but Kim! She was excellent to work with and so nice! A few years ago it became apparent to me and my sisters that I needed to purchase my mother's home, due to her health, so she could continue to live there. It was a complicated process involving "gift" taxes and such. J.T. walked my sisters and me through everything we needed to do to be "legal" and all went very smoothly. When I decided to refinance this year, J.T. was who I turned to. She went to work right away and I was able to close in 3 weeks!
