This is the second time we have worked with Lea and refered Lea to other friends of ours that are veternes. Both times Lea has provided great customer service and answered all questions in timely manner.

Todd is very easy to talk to and had the best rates of anyone and very low fees. I was extremely happy with how things went, and would use Todd again in the future when it's time to buy a new house.

We've used Suzanne on several loans in the Gatlinburg area. She's amazing! We would not hesitate to refer her to anyone needing a home loan. I feel like so many lenders we've talked to give us wrong information or there is some issue at the last minute. What I love most is that Suzanne really does look at the details and anticipates any possible issues. We have yet to start a loan with her an not finish - if she says it can be done then it can! We have done three mortgages with George, and we've been completely satisfied with all three experiences. Other than social security, all of our income is derived from investment savings, and most lenders do not have the skills to do a mortgage for our situation. George is the only one I've found.

I worked with george and his team all digitally. Never came into their office. Got my loan squared away with a good interest rate and closed on time. George was also kind enough to work with me before I was really ready to get a loan when others saw me as a time waster. Helped me make sure I was qualified and credit was cleaned up so everything went through smoothly. Everything was good here.

As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about the whole financing process of it, but Pete and his team were very helpful. They explained everything to us and answered all of our questions promptly. It was a much easier process because of Pete Zaft and his team.
