Darin was very kind and nice. He helped me save money on closing costs and gave me a good rate. He was able to place me in a 3.5% FHA program and closed our loan in time.
I have zero complaints or critiques in regards to the way Terre and her team performed!! Every step of the way was carefully mapped out by her entire team. I would use her again in a heartbeat and will use her again the next time I buy a home. My loan was an FHA loan and as complex, demanding and frustrating as those can be, I found the entire experience to be painless.
