Being a newly separated woman post forced bankruptcy - I was given a real chance at getting a home with fair analysis and help. I would recommend this company for anyone. She worked with us through every step of the home buying process made difficult by the fact that her offices are in Lenoir City and the home we were buying is in Covington Tenn. a 5 hr drive to the west.. Later when we needed a new roof she was very attentive and worked with us to try and refinance and when that feel through she got me the info for a loan specialist at First Tennessee bank who worked with me to get an unsecured line of credit to have the roof repaired... Exceptional at what she does

I was visiting the Athens area to see a friend and across the street from my Friends condo was one for sale, at that point I contacted the realtor and we got the ball rolling. Tandy was wonderful to work with!! She always was available when I had questions and made the whole experience more positive!!! She was very professional and her office staff were also excellent to work with! All my questions were answered in a timely understandable manner. She gave me many loan quotes so I could make the best choice possible for my situation. I would highly recommend her and would use her in the future, should the need arise!
