Samanda was incredibly helpful through the entire home-buying process. As first-time home buyers, we had so many questions and were very impressed with Samanda's responsiveness to our needs. She gave us a great deal of confidence with our mortgage decision. We feel very lucky to have had her on our side during the entire process. We just closed on our home on 1/9/16....Thanks to Mrs. Brooks, the whole process was done Professionally and Quickly... If you are looking for someone who makes sure all the T's are crossed and the I's dotted, she is the one you need. She makes sure its done right the first time, so there are no delays. Gary helped me refinance my home in 2009 and it was pain free. We are in the process of building a retirement home and he was most helpful in advising us of the process in obtaining a construction loan and how the mortgage would be set up after the construction process was completed. I highly recommend his expertise to make your mortgage experience a lot easier!

Gary has helped me with multiple home purchases over the years and refinancing on those homes as well. He is the best in the area to assist with complicated mortgages and was always very clear on the various options available for any purchase. I recommend him to everyone I know!

I used Gary Sturm when I originally purchased my home in 2005 and again when I refinanced in 2014. Both times, he made the process as easy and seamless as a mortgage can be! I really appreciated how he remained in contact with me over the years as well as how he was able to quickly answer any questions I had during both processes. Gary is a certainly a processional in the mortgage business and will be the first person I contact for a mortgage when I purchase my next home!
