HIghly recommend! We don't normally write reviews, but we want to give Ms. Windisch 6 stars. We had to change so many terms and conditions for our mortgage due to our business sale pending at the time. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, flexible, and responsive to every communications we had. In addition to her talent and service, their rate was also the lowest. We feel fortunate that we found her and we strongly recommend to interview her if you are shopping for a mortgage.
Debbie was really helpful , she always answered my questions, that i quite didn't understand. She explained everything to me in detail. I extremely would recommend Debbie to anyone for her outstanding professionalism. very nice lady.
I've never met a lender or person for that matter more attentive to helping you achieve the needs at hand. He was very professional down to earth and extremely responsive. He was friendly and helpful putting our needs at utmost priority. Felt very taken care of and knew our family was in good hands. Also he is full of integrity.
Used MIG several times in the past always great. We had issues with the seller about the house but Andy was patient and very helpful in guiding us through the problems. Andy is very professional and the whole deal went as it should.

My wife and I used Rob for our newly constructed home and we are so thankful we did. As first-time home buyers, he patiently walked us through every step and he was always quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. His knowledge and expertise was extremely helpful in strategizing when to lock in an interest rate during a volatile time (late 2015). He is a great resource for recommending local home insurance providers and tax professionals. We will definitely be using Rob again in the future.
By far the easiest and fastest home buying process I have ever been through!!! As soon as she got any info she contacted me. From beginning to end the entire process took less than 3 weeks!!
Lisa did a fantastic job handling our loan. Her focus was our closing date, and how we will meet it. Everything was handled out of state, which gave us some concern. Everything went without a single issue! I would strongly recommend Lisa for any future needs for us or others.

There were times we contacted her after hours to discuss something and she was very responsive. Her and her team always kept us in the loop and never left us wondering what the next was going to be, always talking us through the process.
