Gary helped me refinance my home in 2009 and it was pain free. We are in the process of building a retirement home and he was most helpful in advising us of the process in obtaining a construction loan and how the mortgage would be set up after the construction process was completed. I highly recommend his expertise to make your mortgage experience a lot easier!

Gary has helped me with multiple home purchases over the years and refinancing on those homes as well. He is the best in the area to assist with complicated mortgages and was always very clear on the various options available for any purchase. I recommend him to everyone I know!

I used Gary Sturm when I originally purchased my home in 2005 and again when I refinanced in 2014. Both times, he made the process as easy and seamless as a mortgage can be! I really appreciated how he remained in contact with me over the years as well as how he was able to quickly answer any questions I had during both processes. Gary is a certainly a processional in the mortgage business and will be the first person I contact for a mortgage when I purchase my next home!

Third house I have bought. The best experience yet. Excellent! Would refer MIG to anyone looking for lender .Very prompt and courteous service. The loan process, credit check, appraisal went through very swiftly indeed. Closing of escrow was under the thirty day time limit.
