Samanda and her team did an awesome job in aiding in the purchase of our dream home. I was a first time buyer, so I had many questions which were all answered quickly by an email or phone call. Our loan closed 15 days before I expected it to. Best rates and fees in the industry, bar none. If you need help with loan purchase or refi, please call them. You wont be dissapointed
Very courteous fast and efficient with the entire mortgage process. At closing every detail was already taken care of. All paperwork was ready and on order nothing needed redone and nothing was forgotten.
She was thorough. We were always informed and our closing was done quickly. She was also very easy to communicate with,and always stayed in contact with before and after closing.
Tandy was wonderful, wished we had started out with her instead of who we did. We started in October with someone else and they kept dropping the ball and by March we were ready to forget about buying and moving. We were told to contact Tandy (which by then we figured it was a waste of time) but we did and within about 2 1/2 weeks she let us know that we would be closing in March 22. If I ever needed anything again I would for sure make her my first call. I tell everyone that I know who is about to buy to call her.
KIM WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWS HER STUFF, SHE WAS EASY TO GET AHOLD OF AND NEVER TRIED TO DODGE A CALL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HER AND THE WHOLE STAFF.
As a mortgage broker Tandy and her staff were on the ball. I did 95% of my loan application online with a secure connection. The process went smoothly and extremely fast. I was applying for a VA loan and was very surprised in how fast the Loan was approved and the speed of the closing was awesome.I would highly recommend this Group for any home mortgage process.
