Kim offered valuable advice with financing and my move to TN. If there were procedures that needed explaining or guidance, she was right there helping.
I have worked with Kim in the past with home loans and that's the reason I sought her out for my most recent refinance. I can always depend on her to give me honest and accurate information based on my needs. I consider Kim not only a financial advisor, but a friend.

Robert was AWESOME!!! We purchased a home as an investment property and this was a very easy transaction. Robert worked within our budget to find the best program for us and we NEVER felt like he was jamming a product down our throat to gain a commission. Robert even went to the home while I was on vacation to turn on the water for an inspector. We also used him for a refinance on our primary home and I will use Robert on any future purchases.
