My wife and I were first time home buyers and Robert Carter made this entire process seamless. From the start, Robert was engaged, knowledgable, informative, and super easy to work with. Two thing that really impressed me are that he was always reachable (day or night) if I needed an answer to anything and that he was at our closing to make sure the process went off without any issues. Up until I got hooked up with Autumn, my home buying process was very stressful. I had already been with another mortgage company and everything fell though at the underwritting stage. A few days later I got things going with Autumn and we closed in about two weeks! Everytime I called, emailed, or text her she was very quick to respond and was always very friendly and helpful. Autumn and MIG made the entire process very easy and smooth. This was my 2nd time buying a home and it was much less hassle than the 1st time (different company). Before it seemed like every few days i was having to gather a new form or document to send in. This time nothing except what was asked for up front and responding to 1 or 2 emails. We were also able to close about 3 weeks early and once the USDA sent back they're part, Autumn got right in gear and had us ready to close the next day,even though it was the day before... read more
