This is yet another robo-call-style gimmick. Shame on me for trusting Zillow. The second you hit submit you will start getting annoying calls. The rates are laughibly bad. You are better off working directly with three lenders and shopping rates.

Supposed to have prequalified us in October 2019, but turned around in January of 2020 and said we did not qualify for the loan we were trying to receive. He pulled our credits twice, if not more, causing them to drop below preferred numbers and now we are struggling to find someone that will even take our scores! Didn't care at all and wasn't friendly. Never even seem as though she wanted to help or interested in your needs. My husband and I walked in and were spoken to like we shouldn't be purchasing a house. Once we said what we would like our budget to be Ashely wasn't interested in helping. If she were to take the time and even cared we would have told her we were doing this for our son. We have four properties but after she treated us like that we were determined never to return. I was prequalified on September 4th of this year. On September 19th, I was sent an email saying everything was running thru underwriting. 16 days later, on October 4th I entered a contract with a property and was set to close on November 9th, Everything was going good, we provided earnest money, had inspections done, and the appraisal was completed. She was only interested in me if I had a house to buy and was ready for a mortgage. We are looking to buy and in position to buy on any given day. I was hoping for pre-qualification. I will find another mortgage group to use.

I reached out to Lisa based on her good reviews and she asked me to send over some information which I did that day. She then told me the next day she was reviewing and would get back to me. 4 days went by and I emailed her to see what the ETA was. No reply. Today 2 weeks later she called back and said her computer crashed and thats why she could not get back to me. As if i'm stupid and don't realize she could have just looked up my email using another computer and explained what was happening. We have plenty of money to put... read more

So sorry and disappointed in your experience- my computer really did crash and I really did lose my archived emails and I experienced a HUGE set back and it did take me a while to recover. We are typically on point and I apologize that our timing was off. Todd passed us to his associate at Mortgage Investors of America and he is terrible. Doesn't return calls and doesn't call when he says he will. Told me to spend $1000 paying off old debts when I didn't need to, and then never called for weeks. On Friday of last week, I closed on a 160k house with another lenders

The entire process was awful, not to mention I was sent correspondence for a completely different person's mortgage on at least one occasion. Will not use again.

I met her recently and was not very impressed. She came across arrogant, fake and as though she was better than everyone in the room. After speaking with a few colleagues I learned that she is very pushy, condescending and more concerned about the money she would make rather than helping me. Buying my first home is a big decision and a little intimidating so I prefer to work with someone who has patience, understanding and sincere in helping me.
