Ms. Abouelata is very knowledgeable and forthright throughout application and financial requirements. I was able to phone or e-Mail practically 24/7 with any and all questions and was immediately reassured by her helpful insights and planning procedures. I always mention her when recommending mortgage companies and her name specifically. I am a return customer, when I next need any advice or loan initiation.

Kristin is the best at what she does she got all the information that she needed from us upfront so when she contacted the usda she had everything that they needed as well and only had to ask for more information one other time this made the process very easy for me as a buyer she done all the work so i highly recommend her and will use her the next time i buy a home.
