Being a first time home buyer, the Morgage process can be daunting! Before Kim, I had work with three other landers. One was from my bank who was maybe overwhelmed but would 3-4 days before returning your call. Another one was a referral. He work hard on the case but could not pull it off because of what needed to be done. The third landers was very hard to be reach.
