Our loan officer was Ben Lane. We purchased a home in Kingsport TN. Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire loan process. He answered every question concisely and was happy to do so. He answered texts within minutes and was on top of things every step of the way. I can't recommend him enough.
