From initial contact throughout the process, Kristin and her team were thorough and professional. That being said, Kristin was more. She was supportive and almost a crisis intervention coordinator when the loan company involved in buying our home was at best inept. She soothed our nerves assuring us along the way. Our loan with Kristin was complete and ready while theirs was a slippery slope. This I believe is our final home. We could not have been blessed more with the experience Kristin provided.
Lorie was a great help as we purchased a second home from out of state. She was very personable and always available to take our calls…she did so even while on vacation. With Lorie’s guidance, we were able to review and sign all required documentation remotely without any issues at all. We closed on the date scheduled. I highly recommend Lorie if you are looking for a mortgage.

Kristin and her team where amazing! The speed at which they worked amazed me and my wife. We were both taken aback by the sheer volume of information that was needed through out the process & Kristin assuaged our fears and made me in particular super comfortable by helping with how to locate the needed info.
Dylan was excellent to work with! He worked with the seller to extend our contract when unexpected delays came up and is always responsive to texts and emails.
