As a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend working with J.T. and the MIG team when shopping for mortgage lenders. J.T. is incredibly responsive, supportive, and open to all lines of questioning throughout the home buying / lender process. I felt like I learned a lot from her and her team throughout this journey, and I will absolutely work with them again in the future. This was a much easier process than I was anticipating!

We used MIG for our first time buying a house. The company made it easy for us to close within 30 days. They were on top of the ball with informing us what we needed to bring to the table and keep up with underwriting. Highly recommend!
Donna's team was most helpful. They made sure I was satisfied with my understanding of how things work, the timeline, and what to expect as we progressed. Anytime I had questions, they were quite responsive.
Chad was extremely professional in dealing with my refi. Not only did he explain every step for now and the future, but when the appraisal came back higher than expected, he immediately let me know the new options I had and how they could best help me. Chad isn’t just another lender, he goes beyond the standard and beyond above standards to make every step of the process efficient. By doing this the nerves of a stressful situation simply fade away.
