Stephea helped us purchase 3 properties, each one was more complicated than the last. I've moved around bit in my adult life so generally speaking, I'm no stranger to mortgage financing but it does seem to change little each time. I've also worked with a number of Loan Officers (multiple purchases and refinances over the years) so I think I have a good reference to compare the quality of service that Stephea provides. Scott and his team were simply FANTASTIC! My loan package was a bit more complex than most but Scott stayed the course and helped me through every obstacle. Communication was impeccable. Donna and her asst Kristen were the absolute best. We had some financial challenges and I even wondered would we qualify but Donna looked at all and gave her very best and encouraged us all the way to closing . She made this process so easy that I had no worries. If you need a mortgage loan choose Donna and you won’t regret it.
Jennifer was amazing to work with through then entire home buying process. She was always very honest with us and went above and beyond to make sure closing went smoothly. If we ever need a loan officer she will be the first person we call!
Lorie was amazing. She went out of her way to work with management to keep my loan alive even after the closing date due to the county not signing off on certain issues with the Certificate of Occupancy. She was reliable, quick to respond, answered all my questions, and was really a lifesaver for this loan. I highly recommend her and told her she needed a raise (did the boss see this I hope:). My thanks to Lorie for her personal attention to the difficult mortgage due to timing issues. No issues experienced- great lender!
