Robert is world class and a big decision factor for me when and where I'm purchasing a property. My experience with Josh at MIG was amazing. I highly recommend giving him a call. He is responsive, pro-active, follows up and never seemed bothered by my questions. He worked extremely hard to help us close in under 30 days because we had no where else to go (except home to Mom LOL). Most impressive of all was his caring demeanor. I had such a pleasant experience working with MIG and my loan officer Josh. Communication was exceptional and it really felt like they were always doing everything they could to make things go smoothly and get me into my first home. Buying a home is stressful and they made the experience easier. Being a first time home-buyer, I had a lot of questions, my loan officer Josh was always available and happy to answer them. Very reliable and respectful company. I highly recommend working with them for your home financing needs.
Sherry and her team was great to work with! The loan process was much easier than previous lenders that I've worked with, everything went according to schedule, and Sherry kept us in the loop and informed the entire time.
