Applying for a mortgage can be very intimidating and confusing- Chad made the process furthest from that. He made sure to stay in contact and update us through every step of the way. The week before closing something came up that meant we may not be able to close in time, due to no fault of our own or MIG’s. Chad and his team went above and beyond to ensure we closed on time. My husband and I are so grateful for his hard work and will only work with him for any future home purchases.

Julia was beyond pleasant to deal with. Punctual, professional and willing to go out of her way, even after business hours, to make things happen. Most memorable was the fact she drove out of her way to provide documentation needed to complete the deal. She was present at closing and even provided a custom made, house warming gift. No reason to look for another lender. This is who you want to work with.

My experience with Josh at MIG was amazing. I highly recommend giving him a call. He is responsive, pro-active, follows up and never seemed bothered by my questions. He worked extremely hard to help us close in under 30 days because we had no where else to go (except home to Mom LOL). Most impressive of all was his caring demeanor.
