Addison was extremely helpful from start to finish of the whole process. I wasn't sure if it was going to be possible for me to buy a home, but Addison helped make it happen and answered all of my questions along the way. I had very little understanding of the loan process or mortgage market before, and Addison helped everything so I never felt lost or overwhelmed.
We worked with Lorie to purchase a house in Knoxville and were coming from out of state. Lorie and her team offered great support through out the lending process and made it extremely seamless. Definitely recommend!

My situation was unique and often challenging but Mano was persistent and determined to help me get my house! And we got it done! His can-do attitude trickles down to his whole team and they really went above and beyond. It was as if they were just as invested in getting my home as I was. I’ll never use another lender!!
Chad was by far the easiest and most helpful lender I have ever gotten the opportunity to deal with. I was searching for a house for months when I finally found the perfect one. The market was so competitive and the seller got an offer for 10k over my offer but chose me because of how quickly Chad was able to help me close. From the day I sent my purchase agreement until the final paperwork came in only took 10 days! He was wonderful patient and helpful!
