Nate is absolutely FANTASTIC!! He has helped us purchase 4 houses so far. He made the whole process so easy, and explained things every step of the way. We had to do a 1031, and he diligently worked with us and with our 1031 guy, making sure we understood everything as we went. Talk about having the heart of a teacher! I would highly recommend Nate, with MIG, to anyone who is purchasing a home.
