Amanda was everything I could have asked for in a lending agent. As someone who isn't familiar with the lingo, she walked me through each step and took the time so I could understand everything about the process of buying a house. She was very timely in regards to communication and very friendly every step of the way. You can tell that client satisfaction is her main concern. If I ever move or need lending services, MIG and Amanda Bennard are going to be my first choice.

This is the 2nd time using Shea and the only lender we will ever use. She is great at her job and is always there to answer your questions you may have, no katter how many times you may ask them. I truely believe that she cares about her clients and wants the home buying process to be as smooth as can be for them.

We've gone through the home loan process too many times but Sherry really understood our unique situation. She made it as comfortable as possible not asking for anything that wasn't necessary to get the job done. We were so fortunate to have Sherry as our loan officer!

I can’t say enough about Kim Swann. Buying a home is something that you don’t expect will be easy, but Kim makes it SO EASY. She’s friendly, efficient, clear in communication, and in a world where less people care, she is immediate in all her responses and thorough with all details. You can trust she will be ready for anything and finish the job. If it wasn’t our (hopefully) forever home we purchased, I would want to work with her again right away. And I am more than happy with the costs of the loan from MIG.
