Darren was very helpful, knowledgably, and professional. He was always available to answer any questions we may have had, regardless of what he had going on. To our surprise, he showed up to our closing, traveling from Oakridge TN to Chattanooga TN. He wanted to insure that we had a successful closing or to be available in case we had questions. We could not have had a better experience than what we had with Henry Sanchez. He was always available to answer our questions and help us through the process. He was incredible. We were so stressed when we started the process of looking for a home and applying for a mortgage but Henry made the whole process so easy any and relieved pur stress. We were referred to Andrew by a good friend in the business, and he did not disappoint! In this market, we didn’t realize how quickly you have to act when you find your dream home. Yall ever think, maybe i should just rent because the buying process is too complicated? Me too, that is until i talked to Kim ans the team at MIG. These ladies did a killer job and were there to talk me thru the whole process, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. So extremely helpful.
