This is the third mortgage that Terre has facilitated for us, and hopefully our very last, but if there is one more new home, Terre will be my Go To person. She also has an excellent team, that is responsive and extremely knowledgable!

Kim and her team are the definition of amazing. We were all set to close on a home with another lender when a snag came up with our VA loan. The original lendor basically told us there was nothing they could do and we would just have to come up with an additional $100,000. Kims group jumped right in, worked with the VA to get our issue resolved and we were able to close foe less money out of pocket than our original estimate.
