My wife and I just purchased a second home. Jeanie was amazing. The first time we spoke, she provided a detailed outline of what to expect. She was spot on. We had delays with inspection, survey, appraisal - no fault of Jeanie. She worked diligently with her underwriters to ensure we paid minimal costs to keep the rate that we locked down. Cherith was kind from the moment I talked to her. As a widowed Mom trying to build my credit to buy a house, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Cherith told me what I needed to do in order to buy my first home & a year later I started looking! Then, she always had an answer for my question & I felt like I was her priority always in closing on my first home. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she is just outstanding.
