This was seriously the easiest mortgage process my husband and I have been through! Cherith was fast and got everything done in the timing she outlined. Once we submitted all of our documentation she and her team handled everything. There was clear communication throughout the whole process and we always knew how things were tracking. We don’t plan to move again anytime soon, but we would 1000% use Cherith and would recommend her to anyone!

Greg and the team at MIG were fantastic to work with! When you buy in Tennessee, you have to work with a lender who is familiar with the TN real estate landscape. Greg was communicative, available, and answered all my questions. The whole team was ready to support and helped navigate the process between my agent, the title company, and all the financing. I can’t say enough nice things about Mano and his team. A few years ago we tried to buy a house using a different lender and everything fell apart even though they had said I was pre-approved because we didn’t have any credit history. Then we met Mano and he gave us some amazing advice. And we listened. Now we have an amazing credit score and better yet we are living in our dream home. This was our 2nd experience dealing with Mortgage Investors Group and Gary Robillard and like the first time he was very helpful and professional....he was always there for any questions that we had and walked us thru the process making sure nothing surprised us during the process.....if anyone is looking to purchase a home i would highly recommend Gary. I know we will always use Mortgage Investors and Gary for all our mortgage needs.
