Lack of attention to detail or care for his patients. Will eagerly over prescribe & lack personal circumstances. Will write a letter striping the elderly of their autonomy & right to comfortably exist
Mark Press had my mother on several prescriptions for low blood pressure, taking a hefty dose of metformin despite her dementia & pawned off as many prescriptions as possible onto her. He wrote a letter saying she was incompetent to live on her own before even consulting her close family. When she had an emergency surgery that required 20 g of polyethylene glycol, he told me in person to cut the dose to 11 g & never updated it on her chart. When asked to review the chart he negligently ok’d it with 20g, when he stated to me ... read more
Can't get into my chart I'm getting really frustrated
Just switched to Mosaic from St. Charles. At this point, I'm pretty unimpressed. I had a bad, persistent cough that would not go away. I went to Mosaic on 3 separate occasions, each a week apart. They never xrayed my chest or anything. They kept prescribing cough medicine that did not work. They eventually told me to go to St. Charles urgent care to get an xray. St. Charles prescribed antibiotics and a steroid. I started feeling better within a couple days and the cough was gone within a week.
I find dealing with your internal bureaucracy frustrating and exhausting. Your red tape has caused delays in treatment during a time when we were dealing with a serious cardiac event. I’ve gotten telephone calls telling me about specialist appointments that I made myself because I was so frustrated. I tried to get blood drawn and was turned away because apparently you need an appointment for a stick.
Not feeling collaborative. Poor response to sharing lab results with me. Doesn't order preventative labs without my request. Didn't make it easy to obtain refills.
Called in last month very sick. Scheduled a phone appointment with a doctor. The receptionist asked if I would like to speak to a rn (Rachel triage) and that she could possibly help with my symptoms until appointment. Rachel asked me a couple of questions and then ‘diagnosed’ my systems over the phone and she canceled my phone appointment with doctor and advised I go to lab. I asked her to please not cancel my appt, but she did anyway. She said I had pneumonia.I then had to call back to make another appt. The doctor must hav... read more
I'm Transgender and I'm disappointed that some of my medial questions weren't addressed .
I felt as though my problems were discounted. She seemed in a rush to get me out and get onto the next patient. She was condescending and impersonal. She also tried to give me a bunch of vaccines I didn't need. When I tried to message her about my problems she didn't listen and prescribed medication that I didn't need. The only thing she really did for me was refill a prescription. The referral I got from her was to an ENT who wouldn't have been able to see me for 7 weeks, I got a different referral from a different doctor t... read more
