Can't get into my chart I'm getting really frustrated

Just switched to Mosaic from St. Charles. At this point, I'm pretty unimpressed. I had a bad, persistent cough that would not go away. I went to Mosaic on 3 separate occasions, each a week apart. They never xrayed my chest or anything. They kept prescribing cough medicine that did not work. They eventually told me to go to St. Charles urgent care to get an xray. St. Charles prescribed antibiotics and a steroid. I started feeling better within a couple days and the cough was gone within a week.

I find dealing with your internal bureaucracy frustrating and exhausting. Your red tape has caused delays in treatment during a time when we were dealing with a serious cardiac event. I’ve gotten telephone calls telling me about specialist appointments that I made myself because I was so frustrated. I tried to get blood drawn and was turned away because apparently you need an appointment for a stick.

Called in last month very sick. Scheduled a phone appointment with a doctor. The receptionist asked if I would like to speak to a rn (Rachel triage) and that she could possibly help with my symptoms until appointment. Rachel asked me a couple of questions and then ‘diagnosed’ my systems over the phone and she canceled my phone appointment with doctor and advised I go to lab. I felt as though my problems were discounted. She seemed in a rush to get me out and get onto the next patient. She was condescending and impersonal. She also tried to give me a bunch of vaccines I didn't need. When I tried to message her about my problems she didn't listen and prescribed medication that I didn't need. The only thing she really did for me was refill a prescription. He was not my primary care doctor. He was fine in that I explained I was moving and wanted to make sure my prescriptions would be current until such a time I get things switched over to a different state. He reiterated the previous doctors advice with the why. Something my primary care doctor never bothered to do.
