Dr. Bulkley is the best. Always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. Was a little hesitent when we had to get a new doctor as our old one was retiring, but am really enjoying Dr. Bulkley and his staff and feel well cared for.

Jeffrey Bulkley is an amazing doctor. He listens and he has great advice. He really cares about my health and l would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring physician. He doesn't push pills He wants a patient to make informed decisions. Very knowledgeable

Talking with the care team, I'm assuming that's what this is about, I feel there is a disconnect between the team and the Doctor ( Elizabeth Winters).

Lack of attention to detail or care for his patients. Will eagerly over prescribe & lack personal circumstances. Will write a letter striping the elderly of their autonomy & right to comfortably exist

Mark Press had my mother on several prescriptions for low blood pressure, taking a hefty dose of metformin despite her dementia & pawned off as many prescriptions as possible onto her. He wrote a letter saying she was incompetent to live on her own before even consulting her close family. When she had an emergency surgery that required 20 g of polyethylene glycol, he told me in person to cut the dose to 11 g & never updated it on her chart.
