Called in last month very sick. Scheduled a phone appointment with a doctor. The receptionist asked if I would like to speak to a rn (Rachel triage) and that she could possibly help with my symptoms until appointment. Rachel asked me a couple of questions and then ‘diagnosed’ my systems over the phone and she canceled my phone appointment with doctor and advised I go to lab. I felt as though my problems were discounted. She seemed in a rush to get me out and get onto the next patient. She was condescending and impersonal. She also tried to give me a bunch of vaccines I didn't need. When I tried to message her about my problems she didn't listen and prescribed medication that I didn't need. The only thing she really did for me was refill a prescription. He was not my primary care doctor. He was fine in that I explained I was moving and wanted to make sure my prescriptions would be current until such a time I get things switched over to a different state. He reiterated the previous doctors advice with the why. Something my primary care doctor never bothered to do.

it was the worst. i dont feel like she even lisented to me at all. bad bed side manner. and im still in massive pain. im going back to kerry gillette pieriod! god bless u and hope no one else gets that dr.

I went in for an urgent matter and wasn’t taken seriously. Bleeding uncontrollably. But the NP I saw told me it was normal and to call back on Monday if it was still happening. I couldn’t believe she told me I was fine. That evening I ended up in the ER due to excessive blood loss with even worse symptoms and complications that would’ve been avoided completely if she had just listened to me. Now I have all these unnecessary ER bills I can’t afford. So much for a trustworthy Primary.

I was scheduled to meet my new PCP, but she was on maternity leave and they scheduled Dr. Taplebaum instead. When conducting her physical exam about discomfort in my lower back she proceeded to pinch thick chunks of skin which was extremely painful and uncomfortable. When I confronted her that she was causing me extreme pain she said that she was unable to give me a thorough examination because I would not finalize the examination and then left abruptly. It was the worst experience I have had at a doctors office.
