We would never stay there again and we travel there quite often. Our room was not cleaned, we were told we had to request it. There was no coffee for the next day. The staff would lie to us, I could hear them laughing in the background. We had to leave a day early due to work issues and was not refunded for that day. The TV wasn't working. The view
Disappointing I booked room #8 My room was given to another customer before I arrived. I was told by staff, this was due to the computer system being down therefore staff was unable to view room #'s. I traveled from Tampa Fla to Pine Mtn Ga to get away from the city & I wanted & reserved room #8 specifically
Found out we could have rented a whole cottage at FDR State Park for less than we paid for a room. View was the stairs. TV out all weekend. Turned off water with no warning to fix leak at Lodge. Then toilet tank took about 15 minutes to fill for flush. Only one chair in room. Inconvenient to have to check in down the road from the Lodge and have to drive to the swimming pool. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet.

Disappointing
Fair Pool was closed until summer, no breakfast, no restaurant or shops unless a 5 mile drive, felt out of season. No walking access to state park as website led to believe.Prices were not out of season for the cost of the 2 night stay. A room in the local town with breakfast was considerably cheaper. Floors in room hadn't been cleaned as there was buildup of dust, though when mentioned to staff this was rectified. Bathroom door slides and didn't close properly. Fair, was dissatisfied with what I paid for! Thought I was getting an actual cabin or lodge based on pictures in ad, I wound up getting a little room with a bed and bathroom. Ad wasn’t clear on what I was paying for. Bed was comfortable, room was clean
Uncomfortable bed. No breakfast. Room far from Check in/out. Price for what we got. Pitiful room for the money. $67 room for $125.
Loved the view but disappointed in the cleanliness of the room while we were there. The room was pretty much what we expected. But, the room was not properly cleaned the last day during our stay. When the room was cleaned on that day, the extra towels provided for us were just sitting on the desk and not placed in the bathroom so I'm really not sure if they were clean.
