not happy. no table to dine at, had to sit on floor. beds hard, tv difficult to work. spiders got in our open bags. no lights outside arond grille or firepit. could not check in til 4pm, but had to leave at 10am. no phone, not alarm clock(how are we supposed to know when to get up??) cabin look

All of our rooms have desks with chairs, mini-fridges and a microwave. If you were looking for a cabin with a dining room, perhaps next time we can recommend one - if you call our front desk, we are happy to help you find what you are looking for. Yes, our check-in time is 4p.m. and check-out is at 10a.m. - this is posted clearly on the web and when you get your confirmation letter upon reserving your stay, as well as upon check-in.
Okay The resort charged me twice the amount booking.com quoted. I am disputing it with my credit card company. It was a very nice stay but they overcharged me.

Disappointing Workers running chain saws, tractors and burning piles of brush that filled are room with smoke the entire weekend. Our room was dirty with left over food on the floor. The view was spectacular and in a great location.

We have a property on a mountain top which requires constant vigilance for our guest experience. We do not run chainsaws or tractors on the weekends. The brush pile you mention was put out on Saturday. If your room was not up to our usual perfect cleanliness standards, we would have loved a call and we would have rectified the issue immediately.
Very disappointed in the size of the room. Paid a lot of money for a very, very small room!! Great view.

Sleepless night of mold-induced asthma in a shack purporting to be a hotel. Apart from the location, there is absolutely NOTHING to like about this property. This is not a hotel or a motel but a rather basic roadside inn. My main complaint is that the room where we stayed was infested by mold, a patch was visible on the ceiling but unfortunately we saw it only after suffering through a sleepless night during which my respiratory allergy became horribly aggravated. Sadly, many people get upset when demanding refunds because they leave early. Our rooms are maintained to the highest standards and regularly inspected. We bring joy and wonderful memories to the lovely people who choose to stay with us.
Exceptional We did kill one roach in the bathroom
The stay was awful. Time out time was 10 AM and they insisted you be out at this time. There is no ice available, no telephone to the front office or anywhere else. The front desk lady was rude and not cooperative. The fire alarm went off for no reason and the kid that came to repair it, simply took the battery out. The fire alarm was wired with electricity, so therefore, I had to unplug the thing myself.
Okay The beds was hard as a rock I woke up in so much pain I would have been better off lying on the ground the water pressure was horrible The view and the fireplace was nice
