Maybe they could open the door of the room when nobody is there There was a bad smell in the room like smell of a dirty carpet The view was nice

Get It Together Our room was very dusty. We had to do a lot of extra cleaning. Had a spider coming from the ceiling over the bed. The water in the Jacuzzi ran very slow, it would have took hours to fill it. No lighting over in the Jacuzzi area. Rockers should be at everyone room. Cats everywhere and housekeeping is feeding them. Check in should be at 3 and check out at 11. At our check in we had to wait until after 4. The balcony had a great view. The location of the lodge was great.

Fair Options for food could have been better. The front desk could have been better knowledgeable about food options. When we went into town at 6 p.m there were no food options. We ended up at Callaway resorts to get food, so my preference might be to book at callaway the next time. The rooms were very clean and quaint. The surroundings were beautiful. The pool was very nice.

Awful Could not relax because people complain about my kids walking. Had to make them sit on the bed the whole time

Glad we went but will not stay there again. Room was small. Bed was not comfortable and there was a leak that came from room above. We liked the location near Pine Mnt Trail and Warm Springs.

Horrible. Motel, not hotel room. Room entrance from outside. No phone in room, no closet in room, no iron ir ironing board. No ice or food available. Sheets for hide-a-bed were too small for bed. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. Linens looked dingy. Sliding, unlockable, bathroom door fell on my son. Choices of water in the shower were scalding or freezing cold. We loved the scenery! No security. Unable to ask for help 24/7. Entry way was difficult with steps too high and no railing. Outdoor lights were too late coming on. We asked for a roll of toilet paper and never got it. Asked for working hair dryer & never got. Not a resort and no inn. Lodge was just a motel Place was veryclean
