Clean gym, lots of equipment, lots of class options, and great childcare. Love it even if it is a little pricier than other gyms.

Great Gym, Clean Equipment, Friendly Staff, You can tell this place is focused on self improvement unlike other gyms. Not only do they offer tons of machines, they also have yoga classes, cardio classes, honestly any class you could fathom at this point and they all have dedicated hours on a variety of days so you don't have to fit your schedule around it. They also offer personal training with experienced teachers and have great massage chairs.

My husband went to cancel my son's membership, you have to do it in person. We just noticed we've been charged for a few months.

I went to Mountainside this morning as a guest and I had a very bad experience. I was asked to give them my ID for "liability" purposes (not even sure what that means) while I was working out - I did not want to give them my ID because I prefer others not have my personal information (i.e., birthdate, address, etc.) but I provided it anyways, as I prefer not to be disagreeable. When I went to check out, I saw no desk attendant and my ID sitting there right on the counter, along with a document with my name, birthdate, and ad... read more

I've belonged to several gyms across the East Valley and this is by far the best I've come across. It's almost my new home away from home. It's weird that it always seems busy but never feels crowded and the staff does a great job of keeping it in top shape at all hours.

rude service and bad equipment compared to other mountainside. Not to mention many of the regulars there are inconsiderate and rude as well

Cheap membership, cheap customer service. Sayshia at the daycare is unbearable with her power tripping. I had enough of my kids crying every single time I go there because of her. She was on another one of her power tripping today and didn't let me see my kids past the gate. I asked her to open the gate and said no and I said I need to get to my kids who were in the bouncy house. Grabbed the manager to open it which she said was absolutely not ok for her to do that. But I do want to say Thank you because if it wasn't for her... read more

Gym itself is pretty nice. Membership gets you access to all locations across the valley, each offering a variety of equipment & classes. However cancelation is terrible. I am only in Phoenix part time and they fail to explain the month-month membership has auto re-bill. After moving out of AZ and noticing the first charge, I called them asking to cancel my membership. The issue should have been resolved. It was not. Further charges have been accrued in addition to "annual fees" of an extra $30. All of this after demanding t... read more
