I have been working out over at some of the top gyms in the country spanning form Miami, Fla to Laguna Beach Ca, Los Angeles Ca for the better part of 30 years and have never been treated so poorly as to the way this Gym operates. I enjoy taking classes and good luck at ever being able to actually ever get into a class at any of their gym locations unless you buy a monthly upgrade and even then it does not ensure a spot. Staff is very nice and helpful! I love the stretch room, allows me to work out in peace due to the huge space!
Equipment is decent. However, they need to focus way more on cleanliness. The men's locker room is disgusting. With the amount of elderly people I see here, I'm surprised that no one has slipped and fallen. Puddles of water on the floor in all of the stalls.
Today I need to give a HUGE shout out to Mountainside staff member TRENT! My man! I left a shaving kit in the locker room with several hundred dollars worth of items in it. I searched and couldn't find it. Trent took my name, and sure enough he went above and beyond, searched every locker and found it! Yay! Saved me a lot of time and money. Very post workout drink at protein bar, front desk worker was very polite & sweet to make it & serve it
