I love this gym! I love seeing brittany at the front she always gets me ice when I need it and provides a friendly positive atmosphere.

Such a great gym! Great staff and environment to work out in and when ever I travel to the area I make sure to stop in .
Joining Mountainside Fitness was the best decision! I love that the membership covers working out at any location. There is such a variety of classes that will meet the needs for any fitness level. Even on a really busy day, I am always able to find a spot to do my workout. However, if you have never tried getting professional assistance from a trainer, I highly recommend it. 've driven as far as 25 miles to other mountain side fitness. I have to say, This is the only gym that has been genuinely caring, respectful and playful with my children. They interact with my kids.. they don't ignore their silliness. They remember their names and their stories my kids say. My kids say they love to play with the ladies at kids care. They follow CDC guidelines perfectly and are an example of cleanliness . I've been a member here for a while and truly hope they stay open. All employees wear a mask and they clean at least every 30 minutes. The gym helps me mentally more than anything. Please stay open!!!
