Great gym with natural light! Lots of space and equipment. The people are friendly and it never feels too crowded.

Good location close to the school. Clean and staff is nice. Hours are convenient. Recommend.

Called today for an overcharge and also an unauthorized charges on my account. The person I spoke with l, she was nice and tried to make it work. The manager called and left a nasty voicemail accusing me of bogus and non sense accuse rather apologizing for the over chargers in my credit card AND threatening me to terminate my membership Awful. I have always been an early morning workout person. The only downside to that regime is getting to the gym between 4:30 and 5:00am (Mountainside opens at 4:30am) and finding the doors locked. Not at this location, you can always count on Rita to open on time and greet us with a smile and personal greeting. Her work ethic and good nature are a consistent welcoming sight. John O
I have been coming to mountainside at this location for YEARS. Your morning staffer, Rita, is outstanding. She is always there, never late and greets us with a smile. She knows all the regulars, and checks us in quickly. A morning without Rita, well it's just not the same. I know that she often has to cover the schedule alone, and is ALWAYS working.
