We joined Mountainside Fitness since we moved farther away from the Gold's-turned-EOS we'd been members of for a few years. The cost is a bit more, but the amenities are clearly on a nicer level. Enrollment was easy and when we both turned down their complimentary personal training session that comes with each membership, we weren't pressured about it. Customer service is terrible. We won't be back! There are better gym's down the street with better equipment.
man so last year I was trying to sign up over the phone. the young lady was aggressive and took down and told me I was getting 3 months free plus executive access. I was never able to use the gym since my member ship is missing, I intended to paying extra. So horrible. When I reached out for a refund, instead of resolving the issue, they charged my card for another year. I've been waiting for my refund with no resolution. You walk onto the club and you feel like you are walking into a bar. The music is blaring and can't even hear yourself think. It's absolutely ridiculous!! I have called numerous times to corporate I guess they don't care about their patrons !
This place is awesome. It has a bunch of equipment. and is one of the better gyms I've gone to. The people their are super friendly.

Shea location in Scottsdale is great. Staff is tremendous and facilities here are top notch. Been here 10 years and love it.
Clean environment and the childcare area is so fun, my kids love it. Every time I have been, I was greeted and my personal trainer is incredible.
