Mountainside is wonderful. I looked at every gym in town and though this might be a few dollars more it’s worth more than other gyms. It’s spotless in the workout area as well as the locker rooms. Incredibly family friendly and a great place to have coffee and talk with friends. Truly a neighborhood spot. The only thing they need to improve on is updating some of the tables that are showing age. You can also use your membership and almost every location in the city. I really love this gym and this location in particular. Their flow yoga classes are one of my favorites! I wish they had heated yoga though 😞

Love it! The employees are friendly and helpful. The equipment is new and in good working conditions. Lockers are clean. Background music is great to work out to.
