Always a great experience coming here. The childcare staff is on point and very trustworthy. I never have to worry when dropping off my three year old! :)
If you're looking for a gym with GREAT staff and state of the art equipment, mountainside is definitely the place for you !
I have worked out in this gym for the past 4 years and enjoy every aspect of it. The cleanliness is on par with competitor gyms, they have a great selection of machines and more free weights/area to deadlift than any other gym in the area. Locker rooms are stocked with towels and are cleaned frequently.

Mike and his team of staff at Mountainside Fitness, Scottsdale Shea location are second to none! Special recognition to the lovely members of the child care center! I'm relatively new, first time parent and cannot believe the level of service and professionalism my son and I receive anytime we step foot in the gym and child care center. My son is held, comforted and engaged in activities while I'm able to relieve some stress in the gym. I'm thankful of the gym and the child care center!

I've been attending Mountainside for 4 years and my kids and I love it! The equipment is so clean and spaced out very well.
This gym is great, I've been a member for five years. It's very family friendly. The staff is very helpful, the gym is clean, and they provide towels. What more can you ask for? Also, after almost collapsing of low blood sugar, I was lucky enough to go to the gyms cafe to get a snack and smoothie! Which tasted awesome by the way. I was shocked when I read some of these negative reviews on the staff and manager, because I feel nothing but positive vibes whenever I walk in and see their smiling faces!
I wish the management listen, for years we all are complaining about the filter NEVER being changed at the basketball court.
Customer service is terrible. We won't be back! There are better gym's down the street with better equipment.
man so last year I was trying to sign up over the phone. the young lady was aggressive and took down and told me I was getting 3 months free plus executive access. I was never able to use the gym since my member ship is missing, I intended to paying extra. So horrible. When I reached out for a refund, instead of resolving the issue, they charged my card for another year. I've been waiting for my refund with no resolution.
