JD is the most pleasant and hardworking young man that I have met in a very long time. He is extremely helpful in resolving any issues that arise. Love seeing his smiling face. He never leaves a job undon. Mountainside is lucky to have him in their facility.

I've been a member of the Ice Den location for over a decade, and one of the pillars of the gym has been Steve, the personal trainer. Steve is very responsive to the needs of the members, and he brings a great energy to the gym. It's always a good day when I walk in and see Steve. He's highly respected as a trainer and he's just a good guy overall. This is one of the many reasons I've been a loyal member for over ten years!
After receiving a call from the gym manager Chandler, he apologized for what had happened and made things right. For a gym to care that much and take the time to call means so much! I'm thankful that mountainside fitness cares for their members as much as they do! Great customer service!

A simple and upbeat atmosphere with the best childcare workers. There also is a vast variety of solid classes to choose from to suit your needs. A great value for a healthy family lifestyle.
I can't say enough about this gym, the staff and trainers! The gym is always clean, and has every amenity imaginable. Upon arriving, I'm always greeted with beautiful smiles, especially by Brittany. She is exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly, and always has a kind word to say. She never has a bad day! She is also a trainer, so be sure to ask for her when you're at the 116th and Shea location.
