I have been coming to mountainside at this location for YEARS. Your morning staffer, Rita, is outstanding. She is always there, never late and greets us with a smile. She knows all the regulars, and checks us in quickly. A morning without Rita, well it's just not the same. I know that she often has to cover the schedule alone, and is ALWAYS working. We start most days going to the gym when it opens at 4:30 in the morning. It isn't always easy getting there that early but Rita is almost always at the check in desk welcoming everyone with her big smile. She knows everyone by name and she has a great energy about her. Our bodies and minds always feel good when starting our day at Mountainside Fitness Shea
I've been coming to Mountainside Shea for a few years now and Rita always has a warm smile and a welcoming presence. I hope management knows the importance she makes to this gym. She is dedicated and diligent. You will never see her sitting around with her phone. It's a well-oiled machine with Rita at the helm.
We joined Mountainside Fitness soon after we moved to Fountain Hills in 2021. Rita was one of the first employees to welcome us to the Scottsdale club. She continues to make us feel welcome and appreciated every day we come into the club. We appreciate Rita's commitment to welcoming members like us and making us feel special.
Staff and management are very nice, very welcoming. I always recommend speaking with them if you have any questions about the facility!

This gym is very clean with friendly staff. My favorite part of my workout is using the steam room afterwards, with the free towels in the locker rooms.
JD is the most pleasant and hardworking young man that I have met in a very long time. He is extremely helpful in resolving any issues that arise. Love seeing his smiling face. He never leaves a job undon. Mountainside is lucky to have him in their facility.
